Lagu itu berjudul “Favorit Crime,” dan itu menceritakan kisah hubungannya dengan mantan kekasihnya. Dia menjelaskan bahwa lagu ini tentang seberapa buruk mantannya memperlakukannya atau betapa beracunnya dia.

Olivia menganggap mantannya sebagai “Favorit Crime” karena dia mencintainya dengan memperlakukannya seperti penjahat, tetapi mantannya menikmatinya. Olivia mengaku meski banyak remaja, anak-anak, dan orang dewasa yang memiliki pasangan, baik sebagai kekasih atau pacar, tidak semuanya memiliki pola pikir yang matang.

Kebanyakan dari mereka, tanpa memandang usia, tampak romantis, tetapi banyak yang membiarkan pasangannya melakukan hal-hal yang tidak dapat ditoleransi sesekali. Sebelum “Sour”, lagu tersebut merupakan lagu kedua dalam playlist album debut Olivia. Lagu ini ditulis bekerja sama dengan penulis lagu dan produser Dan Nigro. Dan Nigro juga orang yang memproduseri semua album Olivia.
